Randal Jenkins and Bill Sanders came from the financial services industry.  Randy for more than 18 years and Bill with over 10 years.  Randy and Bill are the brother's in law.  

Randy went into real estate in 2000, and has been running a real estate investment company since then.  In 2009, Randy became a licensed real estate broker.  In 2020 he became a Mortgage Loan Officer with Rocket Mortgage NMLS#205-3417.

The challenge for a lot of real estate buyers and sellers is that they just want to be treated fairly.  In this market, buyers don't want to over pay and sellers want to get the most they can for their property.

What to do?   

Most Realtors know how to write contracts, know how to negotiate, can fill out a contract, usually have personality, some salemanship.  (saleswomanship).
